For Brad’s vacation, me, Brad and my Mom are loading up and heading out to Georgia to visit my Aunt and Cousin! While It’ll be nice to see them… Mom is moving out there. *sigh* I don’t know how to feel about that. It’ll be hard not being able to see her every now and then. More like once or twice a year.. :/ Can’t afford to make too many trips back and forth to Georgia with gas the way it is.

This trip should be fun! The pool is right across the street from my Aunts apartment so hopefully I’ll get to swim quite a bit! Brads cousin is gonna house sit (and steal our DSL) so lol. Man, today is gonna be CRAZY. After I take my nap, gotta get up and clean the animal cages, tidy up the bathroom + bedroom, put various things away. Wash the remaining dishes that are left in the sink, put away dry dishes. Start to gather things that I’m gonna take with me + clothes, shoes, accessories. Once Brad comes home, we will be BUSY BUSY. Brads cousin should be coming over then so I’ll show him what to do with the animals and such. Need to go pay bills, pick up my medicine refill, go pick up a few things from the store. Come back and pack pack pack. Gonna call Mom at some point and tell her we are wanting to spend the night and leave Saturday morning. Brad needs to go have the oil changed in the truck plus a few other things. Eventually we’ll make our way to my Moms! LOL.

This will be our first road trip where Brad is driving! :grinny: I’m excited for that!!! It’ll be good to go back to Georgia! Haven’t been there since…? Summer after 10th grade? I used to go there every summer! :happy: Should take us anywhere from 4-6 hours, just depends on traffic, etc. Just FYI, I grew up in Georgia so that’s always nice to go back to! I grew up in Marietta, which is where we’re going!!! Hehe.

Last night was interesting! We came home from Brads Moms and Brads friend Alex calls and says that he has some friends of his that he wants us to meet so me and Brad were thinking.. oh boy! I play on Lord of the Rings Online a bit while we wait for them to arrive. Knock knock! Hehe, they were really nice people, really talkative - which I like! They stayed until like 9:40ish, I believe then they had to go.

OOOO do you guys remember Elliot Yamin from American Idol??? OMG I LOVE HIS SONG! “Wait For You” I think it’s great!!!! Elliot has a great voice, I think! If you haven’t seen his video, go to Google Video and type in Elliot Yamin and his video comes up! I’m gonna get Brad to save the video (along with Chris Daughtry videos) to his laptop so I can show Mom when we go over tonight! Heh, I know she’ll enjoy those!!!

Anyhow, I hope everyone has a great weekend and a fabulous 4th of July week!!! We probably won’t be back till a week from today (next Friday) so enjoy and take care!!!!!!!

This weekend turned out to be a great one! Brad has been in such a good mood lately and I hope that continues!

Saturday, Brads friend Alex called and wanted to get together and do something so we decided to GO BOWLING! Hehehe. So me, Brad, Alex, James and Alexs g/f Amanda all loaded up and headed almost an hour out to the bowling alley! Heh, finally got my first time bowling! First, we went into the pool room and everyone played a game of pool but I didn’t coz I’m not really a big fan of pool. I just sat and watched then once everyone was done, we went to go pay for 2 games of bowling! James (Brads cousin) doesn’t like to bowl so he stayed and played pool.

We payed for our games then got our bowling shoes! So fashionable, LOL. Alex and his g/f kicked mine and Brads butts! Brad lost the first game, I lost the 2nd lol. And every time I’d roll the ball, I’d catch my right thumb nail, OUCH! I don’t have much of a nail left! I was really nervous about throwing the ball at first haha. Towards the end all I kept getting was gutterballs. Still had a blast though!!! After we were done with our 2 games, we all loaded back up and headed to TACO BELL. Man, was it delicious. We were all stuffed! I even had some to bring home with me and Brad had 1 burrito to bring home, too. Gah, I love Taco Bell. ESPICALLY the burritos. After that, came back to our apartment where we all just hung out and talked for a bit then Alex and his g/f left. James spent the weekend with us, like he has been for the last few weeks. But DAMMIT, I FORGOT about my shows (The Dead Zone + The 4400) last night so I MISSED THEM! Thank goodness for the online 2 minute replays!!! UGH that pisses me off that I just forgot!

Welp, this is Brads last week of work before his week long vacation! I’m so excited! We’re trying to see If we can make a trip to GULF SHORES beach!!! OMG OMG OMG I would love it but we don’t know If we can afford it! But I’ve been trying to research and see what I can find out. I HOPE we can go.. gah that would be SO WONDERFUL! I was reading about condo info and the condos look LOVELY. That would be such a dream to just go relax and swim swim swim. If we can’t afford it I would atleast like to go spend a lot of time somewhere swimming so I dunno. I’ve never been to a REAL beach before or to the ocean so I would love to go!

Anyhow, It’s about time for my late lunch YUM! Have a great Monday! =)

It’s such a lovely day outside - hot but lovely none the less. I SO want to go swimming again!!! I really wish Brads family had a big swimming pool coz that’s what I would spent most of my time!

Well, good news! Brad finally did get a work partner so things in the work department for him have eased up a bit. I can definetly tell! He’s not as tired when he gets home now and he’s more himself. Which is so so wonderful! He’s been worrying about money now but I told him people always have money problems, just not to worry about it so much coz It’ll only hurt his health!

Not sure what we’re gonna do this weekend but UGH I want to swiiiiiim! I cleaned up the apartment real good today and that made me feel way good too. I feel like I need to do more but I may at some point. Brad only has ONE more week of work and then he’ll have a whole week of vacation! Can’t wait wait wait! I can tell Brad is in a better mood - I go with him after he gets off work on Fridays (today) to pay a few bills and on the way back home we stopped by a food place and both got a jumbo drink and ice cream!! Heheh. Was a nice little treat! :grinny: I’m so glad his work has eased up a bit on him. I was really praying for it!

I am just itching to go do SOMETHING outside! I don’t wanna just sit out there.. wanna go for a walk or play badminton or go swim or some activity! Anyhow, hope everyone has a great weekend!!!!!!!
