IT HAS BEEN SO COLD ALL DAY!

I got up this morning with a slight headache but It didn’t take long for it to go away, thank goodness. Brad and Katie both slept in for a good while this morning while I got up and ate breakfast. Once they both got up Brad had the idea that we could walk down to the library since he needed to print something off so I said sure!! I’d use that as my exercise for the day since It would be quite a walk there. We all bundled up but BRR, I didn’t realize It was gonna be THAT COLD. Katie had 2 sets of clothes on plus a blanket wrapped around her and a hoodie over her ears. We got to the library and he printed off what he needed to then realized he forgot the other item he wanted to bring… whoops. Made the walk back home and put Katie down for a nap while we ate some lunch then had some very nice ALONE time! If ya get my drift! After I got Katie back up and fed her again, we headed back out to go to the hospital to try to get my bloodwork for my liver done and NOPE, we got there too late.. they were closing. BOO! Drove out to Wal-Mart to pick up a handful of food items to hold us over until Brad gets paid. Came home, put away groceries, fed Katie dinner then listened to her whine randomly until her bed time haha.

We bought ham steaks for tonight… mmm!!! I have to say yesterday afternoon and today have been so great. Even though we are struggling in the money department that DOES NOT MATTER! We are overflowing with love in this house! and that is what counts most of all to us! I’m so thankful for all the many blessings in my life and thankful to my Heavenly Father for giving me faith, hope and strength for each and every day.

Last night was a lonely one. Brad went to bed at 9PM so I ate dinner and dessert all by my lonesome. He clearly did not want to talk about our money issues. We got up this morning and got ready for church and I decided since he was gonna be like that, I wouldn’t speak to him so I didn’t until he finally broke the silence this evening. When we first got home from church he washed the dishes!!! WOO. Still wasn’t talking to him at the moment though, haha.

It’s all good now. We’re just still trying to figure out a way to help our finances in any way. We’ll see what comes about but I’m not gonna let it stand in my way of my happiness, faith and hope!!! I hope Brad does the same for himself and for us. Church went very well except of course I didn’t speak to Brad the whole time. We went to the Docs office after church and picked up the form for me to go to the hospital to get the bloodwork for my liver. Got to the hospital and everything was closed up so guess we’ll be going back tomorrow!

We’ve had a relaxing, lazy Sunday evening playing with Katie and it’s awesome. Just the three of us! This is more like it. I’m eating some oatmeal and apple slices and it’s delicious!!!

GOOD: Lost 2 pounds this week. 4 POUNDS TO GO!!!! Plus Brad’s Mom found Katie a highchair, yeah!!!
BAD: We’re in the negative with the bank and our money situation is not getting better till I get a job.

I wish my Mom was already living here so she could watch Katie. I just don’t know anymore.

Tomorrow I go for blood work for my enlarged liver. I hope they find out whats going on so I can get that out of the way..

Sigh.
