Been a month since an update… argh. I’m 11 weeks pregnant today!!! This pregnancy has actually been good so far. I’m so surprised I haven’t gotten sick yet but I do still feel queasy and nauseous every day off and on. Also random tiredness and hunger but that’s normal. A week from today we get to see our little one again!!!!!!!!! Can’t wait!

Highlights as of late-
– Me and the kids have just been hanging out, really. Nothing too big. Wanted to go swimming more but we just haven’t had the chance. We have went to the park with my church friend a few times, including yesterday!
– Last week was crazy!! I had church people come over almost every day for various reasons. My awesome church friend Debbie has been amazing- she helped find Katie a twin bed, gave me her grandaughter’s car seat that she’s out grown!!!, and made me home made mosquito spray! Also, the lady she got the bed from has twin girls that are 11 and ended up giving us like 6 bags of clothes! Katie is set for winter. SO VERY THANKFUL.
– Had my 10 week baby appointment last Friday and had to drive back down to the town we used to live in for the appointment but my aunt was sick and couldn’t watch the kids so I had to take them with me but was cool because Katie got to stand beside me during the ultrasound and see the baby too! Brad couldn’t make it this time cause he didn’t have time off from work but we did get to bring home ultrasound pics of our little jelly bean! Everything looks great.. measured 10w3d and heart beat was 176bpm. I drank the glucose drink and had to wait the hour before blood draw so we stepped outside for a bit cause we had like 35 minutes to waste and Katie was cold. Well, wasn’t supposed to go outside in the heat because it could change your blood sugar… woops. However, found out I passed anyway!!! In fact, it was below the range! Awesome.
– Went with my church friend Amanda to a baby shower week before last? It was pretty fun.
– Then last Wednesday went out with church ladies for dinner at Chili’s! Debbie had a gift card and covered my dinner pay.. so nice of her!!! I got a small steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli. It was amazing.
– We got approved for a refinance loan on our Toyota Corolla that we’ve been paying extremely HIGH car payments on since 2014! We are gonna be saving like $130… YES.
– My aunt came down with pneumonia like a week ago? Or maybe almost 2 weeks. She went to a free clinic to get meds and thought she was getting better lately but she sent me a text yesterday and said she was having symptoms like swollen glands, vomiting, and sore muscles so she spent almost all day yesterday at the ER to find she has an infection of the aorta. =( Just hope they can get it cleared up.
– Katie’s open house for school is Monday and then we get to meet her new teacher! School starts August 1st.. next Wednesday! YES LET’S GO!!! She’s an overall good kid but it’s that time she goes back to school lol.
– Benjamin will be 17 months old tomorrow… so unreal! He is making new sounds and trying to say various words. He’s been eating on chicken nuggets lately and is getting 2 or 3 more teeth at the moment!

Only a few more days in July? I don’t want summer to end! That’s been my life lately for the past month! Gonna go get ready for the day and eat some yummy breakfast… happy FRIYAY! Enjoy the weekend!
