AND SO today has been back to the usual! After unloading the truck yesterday then getting things put back into their normal places, I fed Katie then we headed out to Wal-Mart to purchase a few items I forgot to put on the list when Brad went shopping last Saturday. Once home, Katie got put down for a much needed nap while I went to chop up many fruits and veggies. THEN I remembered I forgot a few more items at the store.. duh! Brad was willing to go out and buy them so he made another trip. We watched last weeks episode of The Biggest Loser then went to SLEEP and I was ready for my 7 hours of sleep!!!
My lower legs are in a bit of pain from running outside Monday and Tuesday so I decided to combine my usual Wednesday and Thursday workout into a 30 minute one for today. I did 15 minutes of my resistance rope DVD workout then got back on the TREADMILL for 15 minutes of various speeds. I only sweated a little which is weird because I’m used to sweating so much more but that’s been my goal is to back off exercise a bit.
I talk of this often but I’m so glad I changed my life. That I changed my heart. God has helped me do some amazing things. Yes, I still have my daily struggles just like everyone else but It’s so much easier to face my daily struggles now that I have that strong faith and motivation! Again, ANYONE can have what I have but you have to be willing to TRY and be willing to CHANGE. Are you happy with your life? If not, why not? It’s so important to question ourselves because If we never stop to recognize our thoughts, feelings and fears then we will only stay in the same lifestyle, the same thoughts. We can all change! We all deserve to be happy so think about what you could do today to help bring that much more happiness into your life.
