Seriously I have hardly no extra time anymore between keeping up with Katie, exercise and house duties! I’m gonna make this another quick post since Brad will be home any minute and I want to start dinner so we can get that fixed to catch up on some of our online shows since we’re getting behind because we go to bed earlier now. Speaking of… oh yes, I feel much better now that I’ve been getting more sleep. My appetite is much better but food isn’t satisfying me as much as it should but I know it’ll get straightened out with time.
OK so I took Katie out in her stroller for another long walk! I think I walked ~5 miles? I loooove going for long walks now! I’m really getting a tan on my shoulders and arms and I bought a green tank top yesterday that I wore today while walking. We came back around noon and I let her play in the backyard for a bit while I did run and walking intervals from our back porch to the barn. We came inside so she could eat lunch then I put her down for a nap and did more walking and running intervals on the treadmill for a total of almost 3.1 miles.. I think. All in all, I’ve went over 8 miles, lol. Gotta love the FitBit!!! Encourages me to MOVE MOVE MOVE! This evening I had to finish my online work. During that time I had my AWESOME smoothie and speaking of that.. WAl-Mart FINALLY HAD Silk Almond MILKKKKK! Yes, I snatched that up very quickly! $3 for half a gallon and I LOVE LOVE LOVE almond milk and plus It’s 20 less calories compared to the vanilla Silk I was buying so YAY. A bit ago I had a bowl of mixed fruit and veggies with a tiny bit of cottage cheese, brown sugar and cinnamon. It was delicious! Also had a GoLean Kashi Chocolate Peanut bar to go along with it. I’m about to get in the kitchen and see what I can make us with lean turkey sausage, shrimp, peas and mixed onions plus some sides but I have no clue yet so I better get to it!!!
