Super tired tonight.
I got up this morning and wanted to take my walk so I decided instead of doing 5-6 miles and winding up feeling awful like I did yesterday, I walked 2.1 miles then came back home where I let Katie play in the yard for a long while. We have THREE peach trees in our backyard! I thought we only had ONE but nope!!! Their not doing too well though. Lots of bugs on them so we’ll have to see If we can help those poor trees! One of the trees actually had 3 peaches that were almost ready to pick! I checked on them today and one peach had already fallen and was already soggy on one side so I decided to go ahead and pick the other two to bring inside, yay!!! Katie used to be scared to death of our neighbors dogs mostly because she’s never been around any but she is not afraid of them now! Also, she was intimidated when we first put her on her new little bike but today she actually sat on it and rocked! Heh. I brought her inside a bit later then let her play a bit longer before feeding and putting her down for nap – the usual. I finished exercise for the day by sprinting a few minutes on the treadmill and doing a few reps with the resistance bands! After a quick shower I fixed lunch then eventually wound up on the couch taking a NICE NAP! Almost an hour long and I needed it. I’m still tired right now and can’t wait to get more sleep to help my body work towards getting my energy and all back into sync. This evening I let Katie watch more Spongebob after she ate dinner and overall, she was very good today.
Feeling tired yet “good” tonight as compared to last night so I know I ate enough and did the right amount of exercise without overdoing it like I did yesterday. Cheers to a better day! I’m hoping tomorrow and Sunday will be that much better and then I’m gonna make sure next week will ROCK! I just need to be consistent with this amount of food and less exercise. I want to feel pumped, energetic and bouncy again… can’t wait!!! And that’s a wrap.
