We went to the store today and picked up a pretty bunch of yummies!
The bundle included: grapes, broccoli, green peppers, ginger, apples, grapefruit, celery, kale, spinach, carrots, lemons, pears, bananas and tomatos! That’s just all the fresh stuff we bought. Also bought oatmeal, brown rice, protein powder a few other misc things.
The Doc I have been talking to online said that I am probably lacking in b-vitamins. I don’t know how though? I take b-vitamin supplements and eat a good variety of foods? I dunno but I know If this is the cause then I would definetly benefit from the b-shots.
After we got back from grocery shopping and paying bills then eventually I got busy cooking in the kitchen. I cooked some brown rice, pinto beans and then made some herbal tea for myself! I took the beans and made oat/bean/veggie burgers out of them to have on hand for us both. We haven’t done much the rest of the day but we need to study our scriptures and I gotta finish downloading my online work. We may watch our Netflix movie or maybe more Dexter?? Not sure yet.
