We actually got into the 50’s today temp wise and so far Sunday and Monday are gonna be in the low 60’s – can we say HEAVENLY?!!!!!
Last night was great. Heh. Brad came home and we eventually watched BONES! Well, later on he wanted to stay up a bit longer and read so I went onto bed. He came to tell me goodnight then went back into the living room. I laid there then got back up and we had some sexy time! It was really nice. Tho- It was around 1AM when we did get to sleep.. haha. I got an early start on cleaning this morning and then after Brad left I did the usual with Katie. I got her set in her highchair with a movie going while I cleaned and I stepped outside to take out the trash and soaked up the sun a little… loved it! Today I cleaned house, got my stuff ready for church tomorrow and watched 2 episodes of Secret Life. Can I just say Ricky and Jack are HAWT? Espically Jack. Wowzaaaaaah. ANYWAY! =D
DAY 2 OF HIGH PROTEIN! This morning I ate breakfast then had a little apple and waited an hour then ate the rest of the apple. I went a bit longer and had to have something.. yesterday I had a handful of nuts so today I had like 4 almonds, a toasted piece of bread with a little smear of peanut butter. That did the trick! I held over until lunch which was I think around 1:30PM. I really wish I had another protein bar like yesterday to go with my lunch but alas! I wanted just as much protein as I got with the bar so with my lentil veggie salad I took a little more than half a scoop of choco protein powder mixed with water, little oats, little lentils and had that as my protein umm…. side item I guess? lol. This may sound gross or weird but I took a little of that and put it on top of my salad. Chocolate salad! Haha. I liked it. Yesterday I held off until like 4:15PM for snack and that’s about the time I had my snack today too. I think I did better today with holding off between meals and snacks than I did yesterday but there’s still a struggle. I figured up my calories for today and with dinner It’ll come to around 1900 calories so there’s NO TELLING how many calories I’ve been consuming the last month or two. Espically CARBS. That may be part of the struggle is carb withdrawl haha… I’ll get through it. I’m not depriving myself – It’s not like I’m only eating 1200 calories but sometimes feels like it! First snack was choco protein shake with my cheerios and in 20 minutes I’m gonna have my sweet potato and PB! Day 2 has been another success so onto 3!!!
Dinner is gonna be mixed veggies and turkey burger! Never get tired of turkey burgers… nom nom. Ready to see the latest episodes of The Office, Fringe, Perfect Couples and ONE TREE HILL!!!! Not sure which we’ll watch tonight – probably FRINGE! That show is awesomesauce.
