After Katie was up – It was the usual daily routine. Potty, playing. OH and forget to mention yesterday that my Moms sick… =( and I hope she can get a Docs appointment Monday. Random thought but I remembered I didn’t post that yesterday.
This afternoon:
– Katie’s nap… check

Late this afternoon, I almost fell asleep in the chair while waiting for Katie to use the potty. I’m feeling a bit more awake now but I’m hoping to get some REALLY good sleep tonight. My back is hurting a bit I’m guessing from exercise but that’s okay! So yeah as far as the colon goes.. I’m gonna keep cleaning until all the gunk is gone so to speak. Everyone needs a clean colon to maintain complete health.
And ooooooooooh my gosh. That sugar free almond butter? I’ve been taking little spoonfuls all day, lol. I CAN’T RESIST. It was pretty good in my greek yogurt last night. Speaking of food… boiled my fresh cabbage today! Sad thing is – that batch it almost gone since I’ve been eating it today, lol. We watched Biggest Loser last night and I can’t wait till the FINALE! Fringe is over… tonight is the last Bones and The Office until fall. Can’t believe their already ending.
What to do tonight? Probably nothin. We have the Netflix movie Remember Me but it’s a little over 2 hours long and we never have that much time at night since we’ve been going to bed earlier. I really wanna watch it though!
