I just ate my last solid meal not long ago! Tomorrow starts the 30 day juice cleanse!
I am so worn out. I got up this morning and ate my oatmeal/yogurt then did almost 40 minutes worth of the Wii Active xtra customized workout then made a green juice afterwards. I fiddled online for a bit then eventually got Katie up. She ate, went to the potty then played. We got ready and headed out to walk to the park around 12:45PM or so. It was definitely HOOOOT out there. We got there and I let her play till 1:50PM then we sat down at the table so she could eat her sandwich then headed back home. Once in the door, she went potty then straight down for a nap to cool off! I was happy to put everything away and get a nice quick shower that turned into a relaxing bath. I watched the 1st part of the 2 hour episode of The Secret Life then Katie got back up eventually. When Brad came home, we loaded up and went to 2 different places to buy veggies and oats! We both also bought some tea. I just drank a cup of mine… it was quite good with TRUvia added in.
I’m tired but I feel good at the same time. I don’t think I’ll be doing exercise tomorrow… espically with going full on with the juice cleanse. I need to conserve my energy so I can make it day-to-day with this. I’m excited! If I have to cut back to only a tiny exercise daily and maybe even some days none at all while I’m doing this cleanse then that’s what I’ll do. That’s probably what I’ll do anyway until I can get some GOOD energy going.
I just want to sit here! Also, hopefully tonight Brad and I will watch the new show – Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition! I’m excited to see it. I went to bed early last night since I was give out.. in fact it was just after 10pm when I told Brad I was going to bed.
I could go to sleep right now. I’m so ready to embark on this full cleanse!!! It’s going to change everything for the better. I can’t imagine how WONDERFUL my first solid food will be after the cleanse is over. My stomach will have shrunk a LOT and everything will taste devine. Not to mention WEIGHT LOSS!
All the benefits I’ve read have lead me to want to do this more than anything.
