Hope your Friday has been excellent!!! I’m gonna make this shorter than usual since I also want to post grocery goodies.

RE-CAP for Friday!!
>> YUM bowl of Kashi, almond butter, unsweetened almond milk & strawbs this morning!
>> pre-workout foods: egg salsa scramble!
>> Todays exercise: BTW = bike, treadmill, wii active
>> Mom visited again & Katie went across the hall for 30 minutes w/her to my cousins
>> post-workout foods: fiber/protein shake (loove it) plus watermelon (trying to pick out the best parts of what’s left)
>> washed a load of laundry
>> salad lunch of course!
>> Katie went down for “nap” but never went to sleep
>> took another hot bath… their very relaxing
>> had another Clif bar (maple nut) for snack
>> bit of college work
>> went ahead and cooked my salad dinner ahead of time for later!
>> BRAD CAME HOME and we were off! dropped Katie off then SHOPPING!

Whole FOODS — then we did the same thing we did last Friday:

Sat outside Whole Foods and ate our dinner! I ate my from-home egg & veggie salad + passionfruit berry Kombucha (first time trying that flavor.. it was only OK), Brad bought a little chicken and also had a Kombucha drink, just a diff brand. We sat out there till about 9PM! Usual last stop for the rest of our groceries: Wal-Mart! We got home really late so had to pick Katie up and get her straight to bed! She fell asleep pretty fast since she didn’t go to sleep at her usual nap time today so that is good.

Once I put away groceries, I still had room for “dessert” so this is what I came up with!

I wanted to show off our shopping goodies but first, let me just say that so many people always tell me that they can’t afford healthy food. Yes, you can. It’s all about portions and being WISE with your shopping. Get rid of the JUNK and you will have A LOT more spending room for HEALTHY foods. We spent a good bit more this time around since I bought more superfood supplement powder. Here is our shopping goods… drumroll PLZ!

Frozen gooooods! I’ll let the names do the talking on this one, lol. I’ve been thinking about trying the millet bread… and glad I bought it! It’ll probably last me 2 weeks since I will only use it here and there so it was worth the extra dollars.

Also, Brad bought a mini bottle of this maca + various blends in a powder that I tried along with my chlorophyll drops. Time to relax before bed! I still need to catch up online! TOMORROW we shall find adventure… maybe! Thankful for my life. Thankful for my Heavenly Father!!!
