I got on the scale this morning and I can’t remember what I weighed last week? I either lost 1 or 2 pounds this week so that’s good! Just gotta keep moving forward… and I know with time I will get to my goal !!! I would already be there if it wasn’t for whatever is messed up but I’m working on getting back to full health still.
I WAS SO EXCITED to get up and make my PANCAKES this morning!!! See?!
Came home, did more cleaning… cleaning… cleaning! Then decided to take a REST and make some awesome lunch! Love having new food items to try!!! Like my LAVASH wrap!
I drank my usual protein / supplement smoothie before we left and also brought a BAG OF GOODIES with me including my digestive enzymes, SNACKIE of cottage cheese and crackers and H2O! We hit the road. Drove out a good ways past our usual weekly Whole Foods down farther and farther to a place I have never been and have been WANTING to go to – TRADER JOE’S! It’s a little supermarket! SO COOL. Got a PINEAPPLE, flaxseed, new chocolate coconut Luna bar and a mini container of dark choco cocoa NIBS. I really wish we had one closer…… in fact, I want one right down the street! The prices are a little cheaper than Whole Foods……… BUT BUT BUT they don’t have my favorite: KOMBUCHA. Tsk, tsk… sorry Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods will always have my heart because of the Kombucha. Haha. NEXT, I munched on my cottage cheese and crackers – BTW, SO GOOD. We went over to another shopping center to check out a handful of diff places just to browse. Back to the car then to another shopping center for more walking and more store browsing.
We went to SUBWAY once again for dinner!! Flatbread please! We sat, ate and enjoyed the yummyness then went to walk some of it off and browse more until it was TIME FOR DESSERT……
