Almost to the week’s end! Breakfast involved EGGS! I made a lavash egg wrap with salsa, yogurt, green, tomato and a little honey mustard. It was OK… I stayed online then wanted to lay down so I took a short nap on the couch before getting Katie up (earlier) again.
Same process as yesterday >> morning routine >> took Katie for a long walk! We saw a TRAIN, a runner, biker and a Mommy running along with baby in the jogging stroller. Another 30 minute walk and we both came back sweating. She eventually went to play on the porch and bring on the official workout for me!
PRE-WORKOUT: I ate a loooovely piece of millet bread as I started walking on the treadmill
EXERCISE: Today’s combo TKB – Treadmill, KETTLEBELL, Bike! My legs and underthighs are kindof sore but that equals excitement to me! SOAKED IN SWEAT IS THE BEST BET!
POST-WORKOUT: Instead of having my shake, I wanted this…….
Online + college work >> Katie’s lunch then I let her watch a little Finding Nemo before nap! SHE WAS READY FOR NAP FORRRRRR SUUUUURE. I laid her down as she protested her little heart out, hahahaha. I was already feeling pretty tired when I went to get a hot bath. Got out and fixed my lunch!
This afternoon and evening? College work >> Dinner salad >> Talked to Mom on the phone >> Brad bathed + put Katie to bed >> Had yogurt mess for dessert and here I am! Sleepy and full from dessert and extra fruit! When I get this exhausted, I tend to snack more so I’ve had a little more today than usual but eh, it’s fine.
And now? Brad is watching the 1996 movie MARS ATTACKS! Didn’t realize it had so many celebs in it! I’m catching up online then gonna plan out my meals for tomorrow and try to relax before bed. I’m excited for FRIDAY EVENING SHOPPING! Hopefully Mom will feel well enough to watch Katie while we go alooooone! :]
So lucky. So blessed. Hoping for the best!!! Praying that my health continues to only get better.
