This morning, I mostly munched on some fruits! I had rice, veggies, and tofu for dinner. Followed by some protein oats for dessert. I think I did “okay” as far as intake for today, but I just need to work on stopping myself from going back to get more. One day at a time.
I AM happy to say that this morning while Katie played, I attempted some exercise for the first time this week. I got on the treadmill for some brisk walking while watching Secret Life reruns on my phone. Once I was done 40ish minutes later… I hopped on the bike for an additional 10 minutes or so.
Didn’t take a nap today!!! Getting a little tired now though. I’m so boring….. lol. All I have done this evening is eat dinner, usual up & down Mommy duties, then worked on my college paper. Finally time to just SIT for a while and relax without having to constantly get up to do something. My favorite time of the day.
It’s currently 63 and feels SO GOOD outside! Perhaps I’ll take Katie for a walk in the morning? Hmmmmm. Thankful for my life!!!!
