Happy Monday! Ummmmmm I slept in this morning & after me and Katie got up & fed, I caught up on house chores and reading emails, etc etc. The personal trainer I have been emailing gave me more diet tips, so I’m excited! It was another gorgeous day….. gaaaah I love this weather. Found out that I shouldn’t be eating almonds with my thyroid issue so there goes my almond milk, almond butter, and most of my health bars. I went ahead and ate up most of it today. 😡 Hah, yeah splurged a lot. I paid for it with a tummy ache this evening. I let Molly out of the bathroom most of the morning and she mostly slept behind the couch, heh. ^_^!
This evening we headed out so I could get some things that the personal trainer recommended to me. Egg-white protein powder, instead of the half-whey, half-whey isolate I have been using. Basically, the trainer suggested that each meal consist of protein + healthy fat + plenty of veggies. Rinse, repeat all day, with about a gallon of water. 2 days of HARDCORE exercises, 3 days moderate, and rest on the weekends. Sounds good to me!
Here’s what I got so far…. proteins: chicken tenderlions, ground turkey, eggs, turkey patties. healthy fats: coconut oil, gucamole! veggies: green beans, zucchini, yellow squash, cucumber, celery. And extra: tomato sauce, since I like to add something “saucey” to my meals lol. Pretty strict, but this is to GET MY HEALTH STRAIGHT SO I CAN GET RIPPED AND FIT LIKE I WANT AND I WANT IT MORE THAN ANYTHING!
I’M GONNA DOOOOOOOOO IT! Woot!!! I’m ARMED and ready! I’m also happy to say that I have been GLUTEN-FREE since early February! =) Time to get ready for bed…. I’m so thankful.
