Welcome to another week! Wow, I got really decent sleep last night cause I woke up and was so out of it when I woke up that I stumbled around haha!!! My supplements are AWESOME and they are helping with the water weight, wheeeeeeeeee! Went back to sleep for a bit this morning then got up, started laundry, got Katie’s routine going and sat down to eat my breakfast #2! I turned in my college paper and am waiting for my hold to be lifted on my next class, since they had me on hold while my financial stuff was going through. Me and Katie listened to music all morning and then she ate and went down for nap! I decided to eat lunch and watch the first episode of season 2 of Chris Powell’s show Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition and OMG – it was sooo good. One of the best stories I’ve heard. I cried multiple times throughout the guys (Tony) transformation. After that was over, I went to pay rent at the front office and see, it’s due by the 3rd but yesterday was a Sunday and we’ve paid it like that before and everything was fine. WELL, got a notice on the door today that we were “late” and see, the usual manager has been out for a few weeks, since she had surgery so someone else has been in charge. Apparently, that rule didn’t go this time. We got unlucky and had to pay a late fee and if Brad would have put our check in the drop slot this morning before work we would not of had to pay the late fee…. grr. Oh well. Lesson learned – get it paid before the 3rd. The usual manager let people pay it on the 4th, if Sunday was on the 3rd but again, she was out and so things didn’t slide like that. I went to visit with my neighbor for a bit before coming back to get readyready for GYM. Brad came home & went to put the late fee check in the drop slot at the front office. We both also tried out our new pre-workout formula called 1.M.R! WOW, we used 1 whole scoop and the taste was SUPERRRRRR STRONG. Yea, only gonna use half a scoop tomorrow lol. Dropped Katie off and went to get our BURN. Workout summary >>>

The pre-workout formula also made me feel a bit queasy/empty stomach feeling, so I got a little smoothie sample (before weights) and they were giving out FREEEEEEE boxes of Kashi bars, so Brad got a box and had a bar after we did weights and I had a bite. Well, I still felt the same way when I started my cardio, so the girl working told one of the guys working about me feeling queasy, so he actually brought me a small smoothie to help me out – so awesome!!!! It made me feel better automatically, woots. I had plenty of water and a whey isolate protein bar afterwards. We tanned then headed home to get Katie, put her to bed, and I washed off!
Feeling thankful and blessed! I feel confident that my new supplements are gonna help me get where I wanna be fitness/weight wise, YES! I hope I get more awesome sleep tonight. Right now I just wanna post this, fiddle on Facebook and a few other sites then get ready for bed & snuggle up to my handsome hubby! Overall, an exceptional Monday. Hope your night is good!
