Quick summary of my day: watched the rest of the Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition episode that I was watching last night then went to lay down for a bit longer. Got up, fiddled online, ate breakfast #2, college work, fiddled online some more then LUNCH came quickly. Fed me + Katie, chopped/steamed some veggies, put her down for nap and my neighbor had went to visit a relative, SO I got to just stay at home and relax! WAS AWESOME… I even took a nap. I was SUPER proud of Katie today – she was such a good girl. THANK GOODNESS for days like today! Brad came home and we went off to the GYM >>>

leg extensions – 3X, 85lbs, 10 reps
calf extensions – 3X, 90lbs, 10 reps
leg press – 3X, 210lbs, 10 reps
squats & jump squats – till max, 80 each!
summit trainer – 25 minutes, 1.70 miles, 263 calories
treadmill – 25 minutes, 1.83 miles, 229 calories
We got there a bit late like we did yesterday, so didn’t do as many LEG exercises but again, as long as I get in my cardio I’m GOOD TO GO. I actually felt a bit sick/hungry after the leg press, so we shared a smaller protein bar then I did my squats/jump squats and burned it up with the cardio. It started POURING when I was doing my cardio and rained, rained, rained. I had a little of Brad’s MONSTER energy drink when I was done and another protein bar. We sat down and went over the insurance stuff for his new job. AWESOME BENEFITS! Cannot WAIT till it starts on August 1st! You BETTER KNOW that I am going to the dentist ASAP !!!!!!!! I’m so ready to have this infection cleared up, so I can have my full health back. YESSSSSSS. We talked to one of the front desk guys for a long while then headed out and thankfully, it had stopped raining. Stopped by Wal-Mart to pick up a few things, including 2 little containers of CHOBANI yogurt for me, AA batteries, SOBE Life Water, and a few other things. PLUS, some new advanced Crest mouthwash and I will be using a LOT of that. Homebound to put Katie to bed… and then I washed off/ate my turkey mix then just tried the apple cinnamon Chobani. OOOOH I LOVE IT SO. New fav yogurt, I do believeeeeeee. I love how thick it is… the thicker the better I say! Haha.
Well, almost midnight sooooo gonna do this and that before Zzzz’s. Thankful, grateful, and blessed!! Now to just wait till August to finally be able to move forward with my health and THEN I’ll be able to reach my fitness and weight loss goals, YES!!!!! =)
