After all the reasons and such that I’ve went over since 2010 about why my health went down, I finally am pretty certain I know what happened.
2009 I went on a lower calorie diet, along with exercise
However, I did not take the necessary vitamins to help me along
Kept going, kept going.
Eventually, malnutrition happened and took it’s toll on my body in many diff ways
I kept going and picked up the exercise
This only lowered my immune system
I already had mild gum disease and dental problems (like the filling-less tooth since 06)
My malnutrition + lowered immune system = my body was not able to fight the dental problems as well
This set up a chronic inflammatory response in my body… aka all the problems with my SINUSES/head/throat/neck/tongue
Then came the binge eating and all the horrid things I went through
Now, I’ve got good support nutrition wise – I take vitamins & supplements. I just need to take care of my dental problems and that will help the inflammation go down, down, down in my body and also keeping up with healthy eating/exercise etc etc will help too, of course. What a ride it’s been.
ANYWAY, just thought I’d babble about that. Today? I worked on college this morning and went to spend time with my neighbor in the afternoon. Eventually, Brad came home and it was time to head off to the gym!!! >>>

calf extensions – 3X, 90lbs, 10 reps
hip abduction – 3X, 190lbs, 10 reps
seated leg curl – 3X, 75lbs, 10 reps
step ups – 2X, 1 minute
leg lift up – up & back on the wall
leg extension – 3X, 85lbs, 10 reps
abs – till max
summit trainer – 25 minutes, 1.75 miles, 265 calories
treadmill – 28 minutes, 2.07 miles, 252 calories
Got a really good sweat on! Had a nibble of Brad’s protein bar before we worked out and also had a sip of his Muscle Milk drink afterwards. We hung around just a few minute afterwards then came home and the usual for Katie – bath & bed! Brad told me today that he wants to study scriptures together every night! That makes me SOOOOOOOO HAPPY.
STOKED about tomorrow morning and I’ll talk about that tomorrow, heh. Did EXCELLENT with my food today and as usual [when i keep my food under control] the weight is going down. I won’t give in… I won’t give in… I won’t give in !!!! I’m out! PEACE AND LOVE. Know that you are beautiful and that you are worth it!
