I am glad !!! ^_^ WOOHOO for Friday’s! I was thinking about just staying up this morning after Brad went to work….. but a bit of sleepiness (and only a few hours of sleep lol) was equal to me being drawn back to bed. Got up, did the usual routine then sat down to figure out our finances then worked on college and eventually Katie’s lunch + nap time. I took some time to pray and study my scriptures !!! I am making that time again. I also took a nap before it was time to get Katie up again. Ummmm, she played and we waited for DADDY to get home! Thankfully he was in a much better state/mood today than he was yesterday, haha.
After a bit we headed to drop Katie off at Mom’s then off to Whole Foods!! I’ve decided with my food plan to go back to what I was just doing recently – no fruit or grains, except for maybe some brown rice. I’ll see how I feel for the long term with that then possibly also go dairy free too. I was feeling excellent fruit and grain free for the…. 2 weeks? or so that I did that. The inflammation in my body went WAY down. I’m gonna focus on plenty of healthy fats to make up for the loss of carbs, but also get carbs through steamed veggies. We’ll see.. I know that my body does so much better anyway low carb, since that’s how I lost weight before, except I was ALSO low fat – and not even healthy fats, which I SHOULD have had. The last week or so that I ate lots of carbs and fruit, I’ve gained a chunk of weight really fast. UGH I HATE IT. I was actually starting to fit into my other pants! That’s how I know it was working then I decided to make a dumb decision and change it. *shakes head* Anyway, I bought almond butter (YUM), my fav plain greek yogurt, a clean whey protein powder WITH 1,000mg of L-Glutamine – which I heard is excellent for not only pre and post exercise, but also to help heal the gut and many other things! I’ve had the powder before, but wanted to get it again because my other one has a lot of processed stuff in it, but I seem to do OK with that one, but just wanted to take the cleaner choice. Ummm, bought sushi and my new fav soda sweetened with truvia for dinner!!! Cherry vanilla creme… it is SO AWESOME. Picked up some more coconut oil – awesome stuff. Tastes just like coconuts… that’s how you know it’s worth it. DO NOT buy the ones that don’t have a strong coconut taste. I looove my coconut scrambled eggs in the morning, with green beans. =) Went to Wal-Mart and went to Subway first, so Brad could get a sandwich and we could sit down and I could eat too. We went shopping for more foods, plus new PANTIES for Katie and bought her GoodNights instead of Pullups and we’re gonna try to train her to get up and go potty at night and before she takes a nap so we can get her all trained. More on that in a minute. Also, bought Mom some new WINDSHIELD WIPERS for her car, since Monday is her birthday and the wipers she had were soooooooo rusted and old, lol. Got her a CUUUUUUUTE singing kitty birthday card and her favorite bath salt. I might get a few more things tomorrow when we go out. Brad and I had fun just playing around at the store too. Love him lots!!!!!!! Came back to Mom’s and she was soooooo excited about her new wipers! I went outside with Brad to help hold the light, so he could put the new ones on. Took a good while, but we got it! Talked for a bit and came back home. I set Katie’s spongebob nightlight up, put her portable potty in the bedroom with a few wipes and told her if she needed to go to get up, go potty, wipe then go back to bed. Yea… we’ll see how that goes. Hopefully it’ll go smoothly.
Anyway, can ya guess what I’m gonna watch? DAWSON’S CREEK RERUNS!!! 😀 😀 😀
