I really, really need to get in a blogging habit again, hah. NO WORRIES – I’ll get you guys caught up!
Since my birthdaaaay:
– We got our wedding rings re-sized, FINALLY! I went down about 4 sizes since I lost weight and so did Brad.
– Katie’s been off/on again sick for the last year or so with random fever/sore throat. Well, after she went back to school after spring break she got sick AGAIN with same thing, except worse. After a few days of fever we took her to the ER and she tested positive for strep, so she’s been taking antibiotics.
– Traded in our 2010 Toyota Corolla for a barely “used” 2014 model… omg it is so awesome and I love driving it! Still trying to work on getting confident with being behind the wheel.
– MY VITAMIN TEST FINALLY CAME IN! GAAAAH, it’s been almost 2 months and they don’t have an appointment open till the 28th, so next Monday!!!!! Cannot wait.
– Had an excellent Easter.. Katie got her Easter basket in the morning, then went to church and came home, then went to my Mom’s and she got more goodies. We came back home and I had to fold laundry, cook, etc, then get ready to head back over to my Mom’s for our usual Sunday night card games. Also, yesterday Brad went and bought us new HEADSETS for Lord of the Rings Online and so we can now voicechat on the game with our friends. We had a BLAST with it last night and I laughed until I cried, lol.
– So happy GAME OF THRONES is back!!!
– Also happy that the trees are getting really green again <3
- I finished an online college course last Monday by writing a big final paper and expected to start another course the next day, only to check and find my next one doesn't start till MAY 20TH!!!!!!!!! so I get a "spring break" and I'm SO EXCITED.
- We got new genuine leather scriptures in the mail about 2 weeks ago =)
- We were able to get money back from the trade off for cars, WOOOOOT.
I have been having trouble with fatigue for a while now, but I think it has to do with not waiting long enough for my thyroid meds to absorb before eating, plus we'll see at my next appointment exactly what my body is lacking, in terms of vitamins, minerals, fatty acids, and antioxidants.
I took this test: over at spectracell! Some insurance companies will cover this test, but mine did not. I’m so excited to get the results.
Alright… goals for today: wash my hair, usual house chores, along with some laundry – but first, I might lay back down for a bit. Happy Monday to you!!!!
