Welllllll, Brad and I mixed our exits on the way to the Doc yesterday so there was a bit of panic and rage on his part 😡 but then we finally got there. Results: increased my progesterone supplementation, switched from synthetic T3/T4 thyroid to Armour at a higher overall dose, started taking DIM to help tame my testosterone levels (hopefully), switched to a liquid B vitamin complex, and vit D daily. We’ll do a check up in a month and if my digestion has not improved then we’ll do food sensitivity testing. I think it’s gonna happen anyway. I think my gut is whacked and the only way to repair it is to know which foods are making it worse. Blaaaaaah.
I took Katie out this morning to ride her bike, then came in to eat lunch, do a little college work, cleaned this & that, and soon will eat dinner before Brad gets home. We’re heading out to get something for church done! Hopefully if we have enough time we can stop by Whole Foods so I can get my other supplement.
