Feeling good tonight!

I washed my hair this morning, took a good nap, got a few other things done then had to rush rush to get Katie and get stuff ready so we could walk over to my Moms and then my Moms friend could take me to the baby checkup! We were a little behind and the doc’s office was super busy so I actually had to wait like 30 min in the waiting room. I only gained a pound, woot. BP great. They took the usual urine sample and then I went to wait for the midwife. I see diff OBs and they have the 1 midwife for the office so I rotate who I see, which is interesting but they are great. I was thirsty when I was going back to the room so the nurse brought me some nice cold water but they only had tiny disposable cups so lol she brought me 2. I had to wait a bit for the midwife as well. Belly measured 35cm for 34w3d pregnant and his beautiful little heart was beating around 140bpm. I went ahead and got the whooping cough shot and Brad is going to get his too- maybe next week. He can come in with me and they will give it to him in the OB office. Told the midwife about the Braxton Hicks and she said yep, they may be very uncomfortable but as long as they are not consistent. So after the shots I was done!

Drove back to hang out and talk to Mom for a bit then Brad came to pick us up and now I’m finishing my dinner and might have a little more since I’m pretty hungry.

Can’t wait to watch Chicago PD and then later have ice cream and gaming time! We’re supposed to have some storms moving in for the weekend so hopefully it won’t get too bad.
