THANK you all so much for the comments on my 1 year post!! I’ve felt extremely light weight today! Haha. I jogged/ran a little over 2 miles straight on the treadmill today then did up to 3.2 miles before ending my workout. I had originally just planned on doing 2 miles but once I get going I get PUMPED and want to keep going so that’s just what I did. I attempted to drink a little bit more water today than I usually do and I’m so glad I’ve become such a fan of the good ole H2O! The only problem with that now is that If I drink a good amount (espically in the WINTER) I get cold so easily from it! I’ll be sitting here drinking a lot of water and the cold goosebumps creep up!
We’ve had a really laid back day, really but It’s been good. Yup.. just been hanging out with my little family. Gonna put the babe to bed soon then my love and I are gonna study some church material and then watch some anime together!
You look amazing in your post-year picture. I think by publicly blogging, you really inspire a lot of other people. To show them that by staying dedicated and positive, you can achieve your goals, weightloss or any other.
Definitely inspired me, that’s for sure! 🙂
Wow! I wish I had the patience to work out that much! 😛 And water may make you cold, but it’s good to have alot of water in you.
