I took Katie out for a stroll today and ended up walking 5.3 miles! Pushing that stroller up steep hills is anything BUT easy. I munched on cheerios, crackers and nuts on my walk since I felt I needed the carbs. I got home and had a protein bar and decided not to do anymore exercise since that was TOUGH. I am sore from yesterday’s stretches and whatnot so I’ll probably do those again tomorrow. I ate more than I should have today but am just trying to listen to my body since my metabolism is SO out of whack. It’s pissing me off so badly.
Sigh…. I’m just gonna try to chill out tonight and then get some good sleep. Tomorrow is a brand new day and hopefully a step closer to finding a balance between food and exercise to where I can get my metabolism and body back to my NORMAL. I will.
