You know what. I actually felt less stressed today… and it was nice. Usually PMS makes people MORE cranky and whatnot, but in my case, it’s having the opposite effect on me! AND I actually slept a little better last night!!! I usually don’t have dreams when I sleep at NIGHT, usually only when I nap during the morning or evenings, but I had this (what seemed like) loooooooong dream that was pretty vivid.
Highlights from today:
– watching Katie dance around with the other kids at the meetup
– talking to my church friend, while sitting in her car
– SECRET LIFE RERUN… lol. always love to watch it
– having a GOOD feeling when I was drifting off to sleep for my afternoon mini nap
– going out tonight with my loves
>> taking a few bites out of brad’s veggie burger
>> katie being SUPER friendly to everyone, lol
>> stealing a few bites and sips of brad’s food/drink
– katie being GOOD ALL DAY!!!!!!!!!
– eating her food and saying, “I tired, I lay down pillow” lol.
– my quick and more than DELISH dinner of a lean pocket… mmm!
– BIGGEST LOSER episode from yesterday
– feeling a little better today than I have been…. and I’m thankful for that.
I also bought another adrenal support supplement, so we’ll see how that goes. PLUS, bought some b-vitamin gummy chews! Gotta get plenty of those b-vitamins.
I’m thankful, grateful, and blessed. I know I can get my body back to where I want to be…. physically, emotionally and in all ways. You know how I know this?! BECAUSE I will FIGHT to get there. That’s what I’ve been doing since everything got messy. I do not give up.
Remember when life gets tough …….. NEVER GIVE IN, NEVER GIVE UP !!!!!!!!!! =) BTW, thanks for the comments for those who have commented. It means A LOT. Muaaaaah.

Even though it sounds horrible I take the scene from office space where the beat up the fax machine and whats ever causing me stress i beat it to death in my head and it makes me feel so much better
