How are YOOOOOOU guys today? Good, I hope. I got up this morning, got dressed, and had my delicious protein shake! Sat down and watched the latest episode of SECRET LIFE – yessss, I love that show haha. No shame here. A bit later I got Katie up… yadda yadda. She played and I got my college discussions DONEEE! Next up was cooking my ground turkey for the week and folding the rest of the laundry. That took up the rest of the time until my snack time! By the time I was done eating, it was time for Katie’s lunch. She went down for nap and I HAD TIME TO RELAX. I listened to music and played with moon sand like I did the other day, lol.. I just find it relaxing. I was gonna go help my neighbor but I saw her leave, so I took a nap! Rest of the early afternoon wasn’t too eventful. Got everything then READY, SET, GO…. GYM TIME with hubby lovie! TUESDAY SUMMARY >>>

Wow. I was already SOAKED after the leg machines! By the time I got to the stair stepper, I was pretty drenched and sweated pretty good on that then took it a little easier on the treadmill. My shins were pretty sore afterwards but I’m good. My tummy was grumbling right after, so I bought a whey isolate protein bar… mmmm. Really happy with the sweatyness, lol. We stopped by Wal-Mart after we were done and I picked up some cucumbers and lemons to make fresh juice in the mornings! Hopefully that will help me too. Brad finally got some weight lifting gloves and he also got a protein bar to eat on the way home. I got a bite too! ;D Came home to get Katie… bath + bed for her! I made some cucumber, lemon, and celery juice then ate my bowl of: turkey burger chopped up, veggies, hummus, and tomato sauce! MMMM. My neighbor just called not long ago and needed help with something, so I just got back from that.
I’m really loving life again. I did AWESOME with my food intake today. Gonna stay on top of it! Alright, time to wash off and settle down before getting some Zzzzzzzz’s! Goodnight – PEACE AND LOVE.
