If I’m gonna keep my site then I need to get back consistent with blogging so here goes another attempt- lol.

Our Benjamin will be NINE MONTHS tomorrow… cannot believe it. He can say “da-da”, “ma-ma” and other little babbles. He loves to eat, naps twice a day, but is very flexible! which really helps with coming and going. He has been sitting up since… almost 6 months? Don’t remember. He started pulling up sometime after 7 months and his first tooth was barely poking through last week and now he has both bottom front teeth poking through!

Back up to Halloween and Brad dressed as a murderous butcher for work lol and they were afraid his costume was too scary for the kids that were coming for the work Halloween party so he changed. I even dressed up!! Brad made me a blood splattered t-shirt, painted my face a little, I had a masquerade mask, a red tutu, and black leggings, plus my boots – so that Friday before Halloween we all went to Brad’s work for that but Katie had gotten into a lot of trouble that week so she didn’t get much and she sulked the ENTIRE TIME. We had also went to our church’s trunk or treat that Wednesday. Oh, Katie dressed as a power ranger!

On Halloween people in our apartment building had been wondering about our upstairs neighbor, since we hadn’t seen or heard from him since that last Friday. 2 guys showed up when I got home from the store the morning of Halloween asking If I knew him- said they were coming to check on him because he hadn’t been at work. Long story short- cops came to go into his apartment and he was found dead. =( Not sure what happened but knew he wasn’t in the best health the last few years. He had no family!!! =( Just his cat.

Mom is still not doing that well. Another long story short- she got addicted to pain pills then didn’t have any and suffered withdrawals and ended up with loose bowels that made a mess from the bathroom to her chair and my aunt found her sitting in it… yeah… so she’s better now but my goodness. Hoping we can get her up and moving more because she reallly needs to do that.

So proud of Brad and all his hard work at his job!!! He actually recently has met monthly goals and got a BIG bonus and then met a monthly goal and got another BIG bonus!! He is awesome. We went to visit his mom and sisters for Thanksgiving and that was fun. It was good to see everyone! We went to his cousin’s house on Thanksgiving day. Me, Brad, Katie, and his youngest sister were playing football and Brad went to throw the ball at one point and I didn’t know it… BAM. Right to the cheek bone. Ouch. I already had a headache so it made it 100x worse… that it made me cry and I’m very pain tolerant so that tells you how much it made it hurt. We stayed Wednesday until Friday and I’m so proud of myself- for the first time since we’ve made trips out of state… I drove the whole way home!!!! About 4 hours and my shoulders were NUMB and so my right foot but Brad said I did excellent! I’m super happy with how far I’ve come with driving since I got my license. WOOP.

I had this idea for my birthday in March that I wanted a different computer desk and a bigger computer monitor but Brad got his bonus and said when we got home Friday that we could maybe go Saturday to look for the desk and monitor! We couldn’t find the right desk at the stores we were going to BUT we decided to just adjust my current desk and take off the top hutch part and it’s perfect! Then! We went to the Micro center and I got a brand new Asus 32 inch computer monitor and now I have dual monitors like Brad, which is awesome. Never had a 32 inch monitor, lol. LOVE IT.

Trying to decide where and when to put up our christmas tree… hmmm. That’s pretty much a run down of our stuff lately! I’ll update little highlights if I remember more.

Benjamin is not happy so better go fix his bedtime bottle and get him ready for sleep!
