I feel so blessed to get up Sunday mornings and go to church. I enjoy every second that I am there. It’s a time to grow spiritually and to feel the love of The Gospel surrounding me and reassuring me that as long as I hold to that iron rod of faith and the words of my Heavenly Father then I will be brought to more happiness and success. The Gospel has changed my life and I honestly could not imagine living the life I used to. Not going to church… not knowing that righteousness and so much more happiness was and is right in front of me and now I strive to reach for that happiness each and every day. Yes, we are human but we have free agency aka CHOICES to make each and every day that could either help us or hinder us from progressing with happiness and the good things in this life. I’ve learned to open my eyes and see that there IS so much more out there for me. I don’t live in the negative… I always strive to think positive now and It’s made a huge impact on my daily thinking and daily living. I owe it all to my Heavenly Father and to my husband who found the church and tried to get me to open my heart and I am FOREVER AND ETERNALLY grateful I did just that. I can testify that If you find the right church… things will change for the better and you will accomplish and do things you never thought were possible or that you would ever do. I know that’s how It has been for me. I know that the church I came to, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints is indeed the one true church, that is has the FULLNESS of The Gospel. We teach each other, we reach out to one another, help one another and we are all about family, faith, charity and love. What’s not to love about all of those things? A lot of people think church “isn’t for them” but we are ALL children of God. Not just some of us — ALL OF US so his WORDS, commandments and teachings are for ALL of us human beings that are living upon the face of this earth and until you reach for The Gospel and see what it’s all about, you will be missing a great happiness that is brought only through church attendance, meetings, lessons, praying, fasting, reading the scriptures, following those commandments and shining the light of Christ in your life for others to see.

How great a life I am living now to be able to go to church and gain more knowledge and wisdom about how I can be as happy as I need to be, as I DESERVE to be. All things are possible through Christ. I know this with everything I am. I know that the Holy Ghost, Jesus Christ and God are 3 seperate heads but they all lead the kingdom of Heaven. With those 3, we are able to bring great things to pass in our mortal lives. I’m so thankful for everything I have been through and for ending up where I am today. Yes, I am going through trials even now but I hold strong and steadfast to the words of Christ because my faith is in Him and I know If I just strive to do the right thing, He will bless me in the right time when I need it the most. Let us not live for the mortal, earthly things because once we leave this earth… money, cars, boats and other material things do not go with us but let us seek knowledge in all areas and espically with The Gospel because we will take our knowledge with us even after this life is over.

I love the church. I love my family. I love Sundays. It’s great to hear others get up and bear their testimonies as It helps me strengthen my own. If you believe in God, search your heart and search the scriptures for answers. They are indeed there. Let no fear or anything stand in your way of growing spiritually. Let Him guide you!
