WOAH. I laid back down in our bed after my protein shake this morning and woke back up around 9:41AM and told myself that I had better get up. Well, somehow that didn’t happen LOL and I woke up way later than planned….wooops. I had to rushrush to get things going as usual. After me and Katie ate, we headed out to check the mail then came back and got ready to GO SWIMMING! It was such a nice day and I have to wait till next Tuesday to start another college class, so figured I’d let her go swim! There were 3 teenager boys swimming when we got there, but they didn’t stay too long then it was just us! Katie is doing excellent with swimming & her water wings. I didn’t even have to hold/touch her… just let her go! We were out there about 2 hours before coming back. Brought her back, gave her a bath, fixed both of our snacks, and once she was set up with a LeapFrog number cartoon, I went to wash off (I was still my swimsuit and freezing!) and the hot bath felt wonderous. Got out, dressed for GYM, then prepared this&that before Brad got home. Before I do our gym summary from tonight.. yea, I realized that my new supplement routine contained WAY too much caffine. I was taking the amino powder for an energizer in the morning (caffine), then the thermo CLA has caffine too and I took 2 in the morning, 2 in the afternoon, THEN i also had a pre-workout drink that had caffine and alllllll that was WHY I was feeling sick and meh at the gym because it had all built up, SO I have toned waaaaaay the hell down. Only gonna take 2 of the thermo CLA a day and will use 2 scoops of my amino powder as my pre-workout drink. STATS >>>

pectoral fly – 3X, 40lbs, 10 reps
bicep curls – 3X, 45lbs, 10 reps
tricep pulldown – 3X, 12.5lbs, 15 reps

bicep curl (pulley) – 3X, 20lbs, 10 reps
squats & jump squats – till max, 60 each

treadmill – 30 minutes, 2 miles, 152 calories (think the machine was off, prob more calories)
When we got to the gym, there were 2 women there asking people to take a survey about the advertisements we see at the gym and for doing that Brad and I both got $5 each off of our purchases at the gym juice bar, WOOT WOOT. Which means we’ll get like 3 free shakes. AWESOME TO ME! Talked to the personal trainer that we’ve trained with before… he asked me about my weight loss and such. A bit later on I came up to him & said that one great thing is that I had gained muscle and flexed and he said, “Girl, you did not just flex at me” LOL!!!!! He is hilarious. I really loved the chest/back row, woot. I went ahead and ate my protein bar at home before we left, since I felt I needed more fuel. Seemed to help! I also had a bit of Brad’s smoothie. My only complaint about today was that I had a very slight headache… guessing from caffine withdrawl, rah. I took 4 scoops of my amino powder as a pre-workout today, but as I mentioned above – just gonna use 2 from now on cause I don’t wanna be taking in a lot of caffine. I can deffo feel a difference in my body from the last WEEK! Feel a little slimmer, yessss. Anyway, I finished my cardio and we headed home. Katie didn’t get a nap today, so she was OUT when Brad put her to bed. However, she must of had a bad dream or somethin cause Brad said she freaked out while I was taking a bath. He went and consoled her and hopefully she will get some good rest tonight.
