If we could or WOULD work to do some or all of these things, we would have so much more happiness and goodness all the way around. I know when I started to really try to change my ways and habits, I found out — HEY, this is better! Why didn’t I do this all along??? We are so blind, aren’t we? We bring upon our own stresses sometimes JUST BECAUSE of our same ole same ole bad habits.
We get lazy. We get unmotivated. We get careless and uncaring in general but I challenge everyone to try these!!! It could slowly change your life for the better and you will find yourself doing things you thought you’d never do. Saturday at the Temple I talked to a complete stranger. The “Old Me” would of never started a conversation with a complete stranger… oh no! After talking with her, I felt such joy because we had things in common and she was very nice. I’m doing things I didn’t even dare trying before in the past and It feels AWESOME and I have grown so much as a person and HEY, I have less STRESS with these?!!? YES, PLEASE! I don’t sit around and dwindle with stress and worry anymore because I have order and control with all aspects of my life and I can testify that-that is the BEST WAY TO BE!
I’ve had a lovely day!! From what Brad has told and texted me he also has had a great day and that really makes me happy to hear him say that. I let Katie stay up an hour later this morning while I did my exercise! I set up Finding Nemo and put her highchair in the living room and let her play with her spoon and watch that and that worked out great so that also makes me happy and content.
We’re supposed to get SNOW Friday! From what I’ve heard 1-2 inches?? If so, I’m gonna collect more and make snow ice cream again, yippeeeee!
Wow, I’ve not seen that stress thing before but it’s so good. I’m going to save it!
Haha my parents didn’t let me put anything on the walls for some time. But then I disobeyed them… I think they’re right though; the walls look better clean. 😛
I just had to save that image because I know I need to follow a few of those. Stress gets the better of us sometimes and it’s just handy that we have small but effective methods to deal with it – we just gotta find them!
That is good to hear that Brad had a good day. 🙂 It would put a smile on my face too knowing that my boyfriend had a good day. 😀
I know there’s always so much to stress about but just taking a break and chilling every now and then really does help.
