Oh hi hi. How was your day? I’m so excited that I only have a few more assignments and then I am DONE with online college for TWO. WHOLE. WEEKS. Yippee! I actually *like* school, always have, BUT breaks are even better if ya ask me! ;D
So. I’ve really been trying to put more POSITIVE back into my daily life. I know my blogs are filled with BORING same ole same ole stuff. What helps you stay positive in your life? The church was the big change for me. Our move to GA has sadly not brought us closer to the church, but much… MUCH farther away. I’m gonna try hard to get close to my spiritual side again, now that my health is slowly getting better. I know studying scriptures and doing other religious stuff will only help, so I’m gonna make effort to incorperate those things into my life again, amongst everything else. Also, listening to more positive, uplifting music… reading uplifting quotes and watching positive videos as well.
What helps you relieve stress? Mine are listening to music, but mostly SINGING to music.. loudly lol AND exercise. Sadly, when my health declined with this immune/thyroid mess.. I didn’t feel like singing. I didn’t have the energy anymore to exercise, so my ways to relieve stress have not been accessible. I’ve been making an effort to listen to music more and sing more. We’ll see about the exercise as well. But yes, I LOVE both of those things. I can remember early 2010 running on the treadmill and being able to burn off my frustrations and anger to feel SO MUCH BETTER afterwards. It was super, super, super awesome. I’m driving for that again, that is FOR SURE.
I’m getting ready to try the new Skinny Cow strawberry shortcake ice cream sandwiches we bought and enjoy the latest DEXTER episode!! I cannot WAIT for both!! =)
