Hello Monday! How has everyones day went so far?
I got back on the treadmill today after 5 days of not being on it and I dropped down my speed and the incline but tried to burn as many calories and wound up on there for over 80 minutes, lol. After I got off the treadmill, I didn’t feel tired or even really feel my heart pumping so definetly gonna have to get that heart going! I looked up online advice about the treadmill and apparently interval training is great. CAN’T WAIT to get on tomorrow and try out my new workout. I’m hoping to get down to doing an hour instead of my usual 71-73 minutes but still be able to burn the same amount of calories. SQUEE!
Talk about a cooling trend! There’s actually a tiny chill to the air outside! It’s cloudy and 63.. I’ve got the living room window cracked and It feels nice. Since I’ve been reading Twilight, I find myself narrating my own life in my head, lol. Silly, I know. As soon as I finish the book, I’m gonna re-watch the movie.. I HAVE to haha. I love how since I saw the movie first – I can picture them in my head as I read the book which I really like.

Hahha yeah; I don’t want to sit there bored out of my skull so I am trying to get an exemption.

Good luck on losing weight! Just please be careful that it doesnt become obsessive. I had that problem, and Ive been in therapy for over a year for it. Its hard to get out of!
I really must read twilight. Ive seen the film and its awesome, and apparently the books are better. I didnt want it to ruin harry potter for me, but the film didnt, so the book should be ok! lol
