I need to shed a few pounds. I’m not overweight but I’m not satisfied with the overall look of my body. I wish we had this sort of food diets here. Sadly, we don’t have any. Losing 10 pounds in 7 days sounds great. I guess the key to it all is sticking to the diet along with exercise.
I’ve been walking a lot lately on mornings but I know it’ll take some time for the results to kick in. I can’t help but indulge in junk food but I know it’s a habit I need to stop.
