Hope everyone has had a good week!!!
This is not gonna be much of a post but HIIIIIII. =) I’m almost done with my college paper! I’m having a tough time stretching out my topic, but just ONE MORE PAGE. I actually got a decent sweat with my walking/jogging and little bit of time I did on the exercise bike, wheeehooooooo! We went for groceries this evening and now here I am.
So, I bought some new whey protein powder with plenty of goodie amino acids and I’m gonna have 2 shake-shake-shakes a day. I’m still rearranging my food plan a bit. I know I CAN lose weight, it’s just when I eat certain things, my weight stalls! GRRR. We’ll see how this week goes. I don’t want my calories too low either. I bought an NAC amino acid supplement and I’m gonna open the capsule and add it to my protein shake… NAC is supposed to be excellent for my autoimmune condition.
Also, we’re waiting on our tax money to hit the bank and it should tomorrow maybe? Or Monday? WOOT. Well, that’s all for me. Time to browse Facebook, Tumblr, and possibly watch a rerun of OTH, yeeeee!!! =) Much love to you all <3
