OWE MY LEGS ARE SORE.
This morning Brad walked with me while I pushed Katie in the stroller and we wound up walking 2 miles down the road then Brad wanted to come home so I told him to push Katie home and I’d walk a bit more. I wound up doing a total of 5.6 miles I think? Somewhere around there. After coming home and tending to Katie, I did some random exercises then got on the treadmill for an additional 200 calories. Ate a delicious lunch which consisted of a veggie burger and my usual SMOOTHIE! We got a shower and had some QUALITY time together! Loaded up for the Tuesday grocery shopping! They STILL didn’t have my Multigrain Cheerios, BOO!!! Instead I decided to try JUMBO multi-grain rice krispys and they are really, really good. We both bought a protein bar to munch on while driving home. I got Luna Nuts Over Chocolate and It was good. By the time we got home, It was almost 8pm. I had to rush around to put away groceries, fix myself a snack since I was lacking on calories, put Katie’s dinner together then feed, bathe and put her to bed THEN get our dinner ready. It feels nice to sit down and EAT. I’m feeling reallllllly good from today’s food and exercise.
Know something that’s REALLY good together? Microwaved sweet potato and BAKED BEANS. DROOL DROOL DROOL. A very, very good day. SO thankful, grateful and blessed!
