BRRRRRR. It’s been cold and windy today! This mornings workout consisted of a full body workout with the Wii Active [More Workouts] and that helped me work up a sweat! I wanted to finish off with a walking and jogging intervals on the treadmill SO I DID! The top of my shirt was wet and my back was soaked… woots! I sipped some water and took my immune defense packet mixed with water and fiddled online before eating a snack then getting a very refreshing shower. I fed Katie her lunch then messed online some more then eventually fixed my lunch and after I ate a bit later I gave Katie her snack then put her down for nap! The usual… styled my hair and munched on my Zone bar! I decided to let our little turtle go free in the pond behind our house so I took him and placed him near the water’s edge, took some pics and tried to wait for him to poke his head out but he kept going back in his shell, lol so I said my goodbye! He was a good little pet! We brought him home after finding him at the pond across from Brad’s work in Spring 2009 I think It was. After I had done that I checked the mail and brought out garbage can back to the porch.
I called Mom and talked to her for about an hour!!! My Mom and Aunt are both sick right now so I hope they get better before we get there!!! That’s for sure! Brad called me on his work break then I fixed a peanut butter, sugar free maple syrup and (few) banana slices sandwich! Mmmm and I toasted the bread so It was great! I wanted to go see If our neighbor/landlords wife was home to give them some of their belongings and talk to her and when I went out the door some church friends had just pulled up with some BOXES, YAY! They left and I went to visit with our neighbor for about 30 minutes and It was great! Came back home, fed Katie dinner, started our dinner, packed some more boxes and then ate my sweet potato with the choco protein powder mix to go on top!
I CANNOT WAIT to watch BIGGEST LOSER tonight and eat our turkey burgers and veggies! I forgot to watch it last night since Brad got home about an hour later and I got busy packing BUT TONIGHT WE WILL WATCH! Heh. Wowie, my shoulders are pretty sore and so are my feet! I’ve got other parts that are sore but not as bad as my shoulders and feet but I LOVE BEING SORE because it means my work is doing something!!! It felt great to be on the treadmill today and to do 7.0mph SPRINTS… it reminded me of this time last year when I would run like that… to push myself! It’s awesome.
Guess I shall fiddle online a little more then see what else I can go through and pack! I’m thankful for my life. Blessed to have what I do have. Know that God loves you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We can do ANYTHING we set our mind to If we will work for it! =)
I have been on such a workout hiatus lately. I’ve had no time with 3 jobs and school and it sucks! I miss the gym so much, haha.
