Woah. Today has been super busy! The usual morning things occured along with my exercise! I did over 2 miles on the treadmill then a full body 30 minute workout on the Wii Active, KA-POW! I danced to some Black Eyed Peas then had my lunch. After a shower, feeding the babe, fixing my hair we all loaded up to go pay some bills then get some groceries!! Came home, put away groceries, fed Katie, fixed myself a snack, bathed and put Katie to bed THEN started to prepare dinner. SHEW.
Right now I’m eating dinner and want to post this real quick so we can watch last weeks episode of THE BIGGEST LOSER, yeah!!!! I decided to take pics of the food I ate today and give a bit of insight so for your drooling pleasure!! **drumroll**
Breakfast! Turkey sausage, scrambled egg, cottage cheese, spinach leaves, tomato, onion, whole wheat bread and apple slices!
Snackaroo! Multigrain cheerios and half a cup almond milk!
Snackaroo number 2! Greek yogurt with mixed fruit and nuts
Snackaroo number 3 I didn’t get a pic of but It was 3 deli ham slices with 4 crackers and mustard!
DINNER! Which I am currently still eating on! YUMMY! Our healthy burrito (chicken, salsa, sour cream, onion, tomato, spices), crab meat salad and sweet potato fries!
