Woke up to a gloomy morning… Brad went to work, I had my protein shake and watched the latest Secret Life episode then went back to bed and slept longer than planned. Ummm, nothing exciting about the morning really. I got out Katie’s word flashcards and recited those to her & had her repeat them, while she played with her toys. During her nap I folded laundry, visited with my neighbor, and then waited for my sweet to get home! GYM TIME YESS >>>

Ugh…. yea, I will no longer be taking the 1.M.R pre-workout formula ANYMORE. It has fake stuff in it & has made me feel so UGH during my workout today and yesterday…. NO THX. It was rough this evening. I felt a little lightheaded and just was not wanting to push myself. I thought about just walking on the treadmill for cardio but decided to eat a protein bar and push myself anyway. Today and yesterday during my workout, it was like instead of getting sweaty and feeling my body get hot, it was like a cold sweat. Think I need to tone down on the new supplements too. Just gonna use my new amino BLUE AWESOME RASPBERRY as my energizer, for in the morning and before my workout. It seems to do really well. I might only take my new water pills on my NON-training days.. we’ll see. I just want to feel like I usually do for my workouts – ready to GO and feeling awesome. Anyway, me and Brad were beside each other on the sitting elliptical cross trainers and we were both watching America’s Got Talent. We hung out for just a wee bit then came back to get Katie and put her to bed. Not much else to say! Still feel a little off but better than I was.
