I really want to get back on my eating plan like I used to with lots of protein but now I won’t be restricted on ANYTHING and make sure to eat plenty of foods with iron. I sat down and calculated about how many calories I’ve had today or should shall will have once I eat dinner (and possibly fruit for dessert) but It will come to around 1800 or so calories. When I was wearing my FitBit last year, I calculated with just cleaning the house and no scheduled exercise, I burned about 1800 or so calories a day so I’d really like to get myself back on a plan rather than just snacking and eating whenever because then I know I go way over calorie limit and I don’t want to keep doing that. I’m gonna aim for 1700-1800 calories and see what happens. BUT BUT BUT. If I try to eat 1800 and still feel hungry then I will eat something else just to make sure I feel satisfied. If I do exercise It will be very light- which means no running (boooooo)… atleast not till I get my full energy back. I figure I can have a light circuit type exercise set up for myself. I’m gonna aim for 30 minutes of light exercise 3-5 times a week. I’m thinking of doing like 10 minutes walking on the treadmill, 10 minutes exercise bike and 10 minutes Wii Active- with the Active I’ll do something fun and a little bit of arm work so that I get a little bit of everything even though It will have to be a LOT less intense than I usually do but It’s what I have to stick to for now but ATLEAST I will have a plan for eating and exercise while I heal instead of just eating whenever and however much and not doing any exercise at all.

Ok so today! Brad actually got up out of bed before I did on his day off and that’s unusual! After I finally got up, we had some sexy time! Eventually fixed breakfast, got Katie up, etcetc. Most of my morning I looked up various music videos including a lot of videos from PINK, Maroon 5 and Chevelle. Yenno, I really like Pink! Katie really enjoyed the videos… lol. Dancing along and such. Brad got grumpy a bit later and went to take a nap- lol. I fed Katie lunch then I fixed mine and let her play a bit longer before nap time. After she went down, I watched 2 episodes of The Secret Life of the American Teenager and had an APPLE for a snack! Brad left this evening to go with a church friend to visit one of our church families just to check up and talk with them. My second snack was a cup of Multi-Grain Cheerios, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, a few roasted almonds (AND BTW THOSE ALMONDS ARE SOOOO DELICIOUS!) with a sprinkle of raisins plus a little cut up green grapes. Katie got back up and ate dinner then I cooked our dinner and now I’m sitting here drinking hot peach caffine free herbal tea!

Katie’s bath and bed time happen in a few minutes then I shall relax and eat dinner at 9PM while waiting for my love to get home. I feel very content… It’s been a good day. OH and we’re probably gonna have some snow tomorrow and Thursday and might wind up with 3 inches. Oh boy. Come on Spring!!!!!!!!!! No more snow plz!
