Today was the last day of our “holiday” !!! Online college starts tomorrow, and Brad goes back to his usual work routine. Today was nice!! Usual morning stuff and then I did a workout on the Wii Active, followed by some time on the exercise bike, and finished up with a little pull up bar action to finish it. I was listening to my music and afterwards, I sat down in the kitchen floor and stretched… just to sit and clear my head. Eventually got a shower and fixed my hair. When Katie went down for nap, Brad played some Wii games and we haven’t done much else. Our Internet has been pretty slow alllllllllll day, so it’s hard to get much accomplished! Hopefully it’ll speed up soon.
Alright, so looking at my daily goals for 2012 a little more in-depth:
health –
drink atleast 3 liters of water a day. eat atleast 2,000 cals a day. exercise 5 days a week, wide variety, and do intense exercises. work on building up my running endurance. go to bed way earlier. get up way earlier. spent more time outside. leave my hair down as often as possible – ive been keeping it in a hair tie too often & want to start styling it more often! stay stocked up on FRUIT!
family –
more close time with hubby, and not just in bed, but also other things. get katie up earlier. set aside time for teaching her pre-school stuff. take her for walks/play time more outside. be consistent with her with time-out’s and everything.
spiritual –
really, really, really have to work on this one. i’m so far from where i used to be. study my scriptures way more often. have my daily personal prayer like I used to < < that used to help me so much.
***misc
keep looking for a job. get my eyes checked. practice driving & get my license [yes i know, i'm way behind hahaha]. keep up with college.
That kindof goes into my initial goals. I intend to fully give my all into these! Anyhow. I'm pretty sleepy! I look forward to getting lots of sleep and re-adjusting my whole schedule and day. :]
Great goals! 🙂
Good luck with the start of your college again! 🙂
I don’t have my license yet, either 😛 Since we don’t even own a car I really don’t see the point… that, and it’s so expensive >.<
I always wondered about the Wii… does it give you a real work-out? Somehow I never take it that seriously, but I hear good stories from a lot of people and now I'm wondering if I should maybe invest in one 🙂
Good luck with your goals, and a happy new year!
