I’m so disappointed in myself for getting off track food wise a bit yesterday and A LOT today. Oh well, carry on. *siiigh*
We had plans tomorrow for gym + going out, but Mom can’t watch Katie and neither can my friend or my Aunt! SO WHATEVER. Brad’s gotta get up early and go clean the church, so I told him he can go on to the gym and I’ll stay home with Katie and just do cardio at home on the treadmill. The gym daycare is only open until noon tomorrow and we go later than that…. oh well. Totally NOT****** in a good mood at all.

Don’t get too down about eating more than you wanted to. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes – don’t beat yourself up. Doing cardio @ home sounds good enough. At least you are engaging in some kind of workout activity – I barely EVER work out what so ever!
