Not happy that I indulged food wise again today, but only this morning. A little better but still could just punch myself in the face hahah. It’s just so hard to find out the right “food formula” that works for my body in this situation!!! I know I babble about this all the time but I’m so determined to get this situated to where I can feel good and lose this extra weight I have been carrying around for the past 2+ years now. Gonna try again with using my main source of energy from healthy fats. That’s what I SHOULD be doing anyway, since grains + my body = no-no.
I watched the latest Secret Life this morning then went back to bed for a bit. It was soooooo nice and I did not want to get back up. Katie got up, played, while I did college work. Not too much of an eventful day, to be honest. Katie would not take a nap and then when she did get up and started playing – she said she was tired! Ha, well you should of taken a nap my little wild one. Brad didn’t get enough sleep, so he was not really in the mood for the gym but off we went! STATS >>>

Didn’t even realize till now that I burned the same amount of calories on the bike and stair stepper, LOL. Yea, so Brad kindof just dragged through gym stuff tonight… but hopefully he’ll get some sleep and will be ready to go tomorrow. I really do not like how I went off track food wise and overate because it makes my body feel so tight at the gym and of course makes me feel bad afterwards. Especially my legs… good gosh, they felt heavier and like I said – tight, puffy. Right now I feel a little meh, but I felt pretty good right after the workout. Sigh. Want to feel AWESOME at the gym but that requires me sticking to a food plan. Just gotta keep reassuring myself that it’s alright and that I will start again tomorrow. After eating a bit of rice today, I’m gonna say no to that too. No grains again, plenty of healthy fats, medium amount of good protein, and fruits/veggies.
