We all know with summer coming in closer, our favorite weekly shows are going BYEBYE for a couple months. Speaking of that, my FAVORITE show BONES ended last night but my hubby and I are gonna watch it TONIGHT! 2 hour season finale and I CANNOT WAIT. Along with a few more shows from last night too. A couple other of my shows are already over.. Dollhouse, Fringe, The Biggest Loser. Still haven’t seen the finale of The Biggest Loser yet but that should be online by this coming Tuesday! The only thing this summer that I know we’ll probably watch is America’s Got Talent. We usually always watch that during the summer. What TV shows are you thinking about watching for this summer?
For my exercise today I combined all the things I have at home into one 60 minute workout. First I did my 30 minute resistance rope full body workout by following along to the DVD. Then I got on the treadmill for 20 minutes going between 3.5mph and 4.0mph. Finally, I got on the exercise bike for 10 minutes for the end of my workout. I guess I’ll see tomorrow morning how this whole random week has worked out in terms of the scale. I just have to be happy no matter what the scale says and I WILL BE! 🙂 I feel really good about it though. I feel really good overall!
Brad’s gone right now with some people from church and then when he gets back It’ll be time for dinner and watching our online shows, WOOT! I picked up some yogurt yesterday while at the store and one of them was cinnamon roll. I ate that one today not long ago for my afternoon snack and It was actually really yummy! I also bought peaches & creme and french vanilla! Brad and I were looking at fruits and I decided to pick up a few apricots and I ate one last night before dinner. Similar to a plum! Nom nomz!!
I actually found a live streaming video online for one of the channels I used to watch all the time mwahaha so that’s awesomeness. Oh oh! I’m so proud! I took my blood pressure while at Wal-Mart yesterday and the last time I had it taken I think was when I got my birth control. I don’t remember what it was then but I know during pregnancy my blood pressure tended to be a good bit higher. Yesterday it was 106/64! Yay!

Listening to music while exercising (I like listening while I walk anywhere really) is great 🙂
I remember Greymatter even though I never used it or had a clue! But that was definitely a CMS round then… I think I saw someone still using it! Hah!
