HAPPY FRIDAY THE 13TH!!! Any big weekend plans? Brad works Saturdays and we go to church on Sundays so that is how we spend our weekends.

I got up this morning, ate breakfast then got started with my custom Wii Active workout! I did a lot of squats. I need to work on toning my mid-section. Afterwards, I got Katie up, fed and ready to head out for our Friday stroll outside! Katie was eager to get outside!

We were off! I decided to take a picture of the road that I go down every time we head out for walking.

I take different paths each time I go walking and this time, we went to the end of the road in the above picture then took a left! There is some beautiful scenery in that area.


Nothin’ but GREEN!


We kept walking until we came to the above overpass! This is usually my “turn around” point when I go on longer walks. It’s beautiful. We turned around and headed towards home.


I HAD to stop and take a picture of this field with hay. Looks so fresh! I thought It was great. We made it all the way back home then I needed to come inside and eat my post-workout snack since I WAS STARVING! My stomach started growling on the way back so I was ready for FOOD! I brought Katie inside and she was NOT HAPPY. She threw a big fit and would not calm down so I gave her a spanking. A few minutes later she was playing! Kids huh?


I had a delicious small protein shake, a NANER and of course some cold water in my favorite bottle! I ate then washed some dishes before feeding Katie a snack then putting her down for a nap. Freshed up with a shower then called my Mom. Brad came home for lunch and we just hung out and chatted like usual!


Yup! Peanut butter sandwich, fresh peach and a small salad with brussel sprouts, carrots, spinach and a little chopped up apple. I’m getting kindof hungry again though so I need to go fix a snack! Also hear some thunder outside so maybe a storm???

Rest of today? Gotta fix my hair, put on a load of laundry and then who knows?! I really enjoyed getting out and walking today. I love getting the exercise and seeing all the beauty of nature! Thankful that my Heavenly Father has put such beautiful things before me. Have a great Friday everyone!!!!!!!!!
