Since I’ve been a teenager my weight has continued to climb and I kept gaining weight. I lost 17 pounds between 2006 and into 2007 between exercise and eating better. Now since giving birth I’ve lost 18 more pounds and I plan to get back to exercising again soon and my goal would be about 30 more pounds. I would be happy with losing another 15-20 though! So many people have trouble with losing that extra weight and some people when it comes to weight loss turn to diet pills so maybe that’s what you prefer? If they work for you then all the better!!!
