I definetly got a workout today on the treadmill! I did the different speed intervals throughout and It actually felt pretty good light jogging at 4.0mph! I burned my usual 500+ calories but instead of going over an hour, I did 3.8 miles in 62 minutes, wahoooooo! Tomorrow I’m gonna do a bit of exercise bike then go for some resistance training — will probably use the workout DVD and that gets in a pretty good workout so yeah!
I’M SO EXCITED to watch last weeks Biggest Loser episode tonight.. and the finale is TONIGHT! Boooo wish we had cable so I could watch it live, lol. Hoping they’ll atleast put the finale online earlier than next week. I love that show! Don’t want it to end! It’ll be back this fall though.

I did wind up watching TWILIGHT last night since I finished the book. Now that I’ve read the book and watched the movie again.. I see how rushed the movie seems compared to the book but I love them both! And that’s about all I have to blog about, lol.
In my day, 62 minutes was over an hour. But maybe that’s just me. 😛
I saw your weight progress, and all I can say is DAMN. That’s impressive. What motivates you to keep going? Keep it up and congrats so far!
Lol, yes 62 minutes is 2 minutes over an hour but it’s close enough!! Thank you on the congrats – what motivates me? A lot of things really.. my religion, my baby girl because I want to be healthy for her and MUSIC.. really keeps me going 🙂
